"In order to make any progress and make a change, I had to change my mindset and not be obsessed with just getting in little clothes. Right now I could care less about my size, I just wanna go fast (thanks Ricky Bobby). Your body should just be a by-product of your athletic performance. I stopped doing the “I’m just gonna power walk and do a few light weights a couple of times a week.” I realized after joining a group of awesome friends at OTF (Orange Theory Fitness), that if I wanted results, I need to get my heart in that “Oh goodness I can’t make it!” stage for at least 12 minutes to get that after burn that athletes get. You are going to be drenched in sweat, but it’s worth it. Rather you are jogging around the block or riding a stationary bike, push your abilities every few minutes and hold it as long as you can. After a while that hit will become easier. That’s you becoming an athlete!" - Angela Sehstedt
